About Victor
Born in Athens, Greece in 1972, Victor's journey in music began at the young age of six. He started with classical guitar and piano, completing his studies in both instruments by the age of seventeen. Soon after, he pursued sound engineering, expanding his expertise in music production and audio technology.
At twenty, Victor became a qualified sound engineer and continued his education at the University of Lyon, France, where he completed a postgraduate course in acoustics, psychoacoustics, and keyboard programming.
The defining moment of his career came at 22, when he stepped onto the podium as an orchestra conductor, marking a new chapter in his musical evolution.

Victor's music is instrumental and produced by the combination of electronic and physical instruments.​
Essential vocals, elements of classical music, ethnic, electro but also traditional music coexist,
achieving a listening that touches all ages.

Speaking about his music, "Victor" shares:
"The Mediterranean—its history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes—has been an endless source of inspiration for me. Born and raised in this land,
I felt a deep need to express my emotions through music.
My hope is that others will embark on their own journey through this musical voyage."
​​Studio & Professional Career
Following the success of his debut album, Victor established his own recording studio, allowing him creative freedom and independence in his music projects. Alongside composing and producing new works, he expanded his career into audio-visual production as a freelance technical director for global companies such as Allianz, Mercedes, and Auditoire.

His expertise in sound engineering and consulting has led him to work with renowned artists and production companies across Greece, Asia, and Europe,
further solidifying his reputation in the industry.

While sound travels in cycles ranging from tens to thousands per second, light moves in the billions. Could it be that light is sound at an accelerated speed?
Or perhaps sound is light slowed down?
In this immersive show, we explore the synergy between sound and light, uncovering the delicate balance where specific tones resonate with specific colors,
creating an experience that transcends the senses.
From an early age, my world was shaped by two forces: music and visual art. Whether capturing landscapes through my camera lens or composing melodies at the piano, I always felt an unspoken connection between what I saw and what I heard.
Every image evoked a melody; every note painted a picture.
This wasn’t just imagination—it was a state of being.
A lifelong pursuit of understanding led me to explore synaesthesia,
a phenomenon that has not only shaped my creative process but also my very existence.

"Victor" Lights Up "Athens 20 Years Later"
with his Stunning "Cosmos"Laser Show
On September 19, 2024, the historic
Panathenaic Stadium in Athens hosted
Athens 20 Years Later, a grand event organized by
the Hellenic Olympic Committee to commemorate
the 20th anniversary of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and Greece's UEFA Euro 2004 victory.
The celebration honored Olympians and Paralympians from 2004 and 2024,
as well as the legendary 2004 national football team.
Despite adverse weather, the event concluded with
a captivating laser show by Victor Berkan,
adding a spectacular visual dimension to the festivities.

This project was made possible through the kind and extensive collaboration
of Mr. Themis Tsitsanis, a highly skilled Greek laser designer and manufacturer.
As the founder of Laser Design (www.laserdesign.gr),
his expertise played a crucial role in bringing the fusion of music
and laser visuals to life.
I have always loved working with talented professionals from my country,
as I strongly believe in the exceptional abilities of Greek artists and innovators.

offering audiences a unique artistic journey.
